By proceeding to download the Applied Fitness DX•ƒ software, you acknowledge your agreement to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not download the software.

License Grant

Applied Fitness, LLC is the author and licensor of certain materials (“DX•ƒ downloadable software”) owned and created by Applied Fitness, LLC. Applied Fitness, LLC, grants to the purchaser/owner/user of the DX•ƒ Gloves a transferable, non-exclusive license to use the DX•ƒ downloadable software for his or her personal use. Feel free to download this software and share it with anyone you wish. At Applied Fitness, we believe the benefits of exercise should be shared, not restricted.

With the DX•ƒ Gloves, I can now work out whenever I want and wherever I want. They go everywhere with me.
